ENERGY BAR FACTORY
In the industrial park of the city of Nova Gradiška, the company ATLANTIC MULTIPOWER/AMINOLABS ATLANTIC/EMPWR built a food energy bar factory for the needs of its own energy bar production. The building includes areas for production preparation, production, storage, office space and common areas for employees.
The factory is divided into several functional units:
PRODUCTION – dry premix mixing area, wet mixing/dough preparation area, dough resting area, cleaning and washing area, energy bar shaping and cooling area and packaging area.
STORAGE – raw material warehouse, packaging material warehouse, finished product warehouse, syrup and chocolate containers, warehouse for special ingredients.
OTHER SPACES – In addition to the basic production and storage areas, the factory also consists of auxiliary production facilities (offices, QA (quality assurance) and R&D (research and development) laboratories, changing rooms with showers and toilets, employee rest areas, boiler rooms, compressor rooms, workshops), and other auxiliary facilities (porter’s room with a ramp, spare parts warehouse, empty pallet area, waste material and landfill area, wastewater treatment, area for filling chocolate and syrup tanks from tankers).
